1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

4. Account Registration

25ph1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any wagers placed or transactions conducted through your Account prior to notification of unauthorised access will be considered valid and binding.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 25ph1 Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). 25ph1 supports the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and PesoNet.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 25ph1 Account in real time or within the processing timeframe of the selected payment channel. Minimum deposit amounts are published in the platform's cashier section. 25ph1 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

10. Intellectual Property

• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by technical malfunctions, provided that 25ph1 takes reasonable steps to investigate and resolve such issues in a timely manner.
• Any loss arising from the actions or omissions of third-party payment service providers, game content providers, or data feed suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 25ph1's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Suspension & Termination

25ph1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a User's Account with or without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Engagement in any of the prohibited conduct described in Section 9.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your payment provider.
• A direction or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent regulatory authority.

Upon termination for cause, 25ph1 reserves the right to withhold any Real Money Balance pending investigation. Where an Account is closed without cause at 25ph1's sole discretion, any verified Real Money Balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

You may also close your 25ph1 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any qualifying Real Money Balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

15. Governing Law

16. Amendments to These Terms

25ph1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — 25ph1 will provide advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email notification to your registered address.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the 25ph1 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.
